£30million available in collaborative funding.

The clock is ticking down for applications to access the latest round of matched, collaborative funding for the development of connected and autonomous vehicle (CAV) test facilities to be made through Meridian.

There are two active competitions which opened on 4 June 2018 to address specific opportunities:

  • Meridian Mobility 2: Connected vehicles data exchange test facilities with up to £5m matched, collaborative funding available to consortia.
  • Meridian Mobility 3: Autonomous highway, rural and parking test facilities with up to £5m matched, collaborative funding available to consortia.

Key dates for applications:

  • 4 June 2018: competition opens
    29 August 2018: final date for registrations
    Midday 5 September 2018: submission of full application and appendices
    15 to 18 October 2018: interviews
    By 9 November 2018: decision to applicants
