CAVWAY represents a unique new automotive test facility focused on road junctions. It has been designed for maximum flexibility and includes a multifunctional platform which allows junctions of many different configurations to be simulated.
There are also a number of fixed junctions, including high speed testing, and slip road to motorway. There is also a large Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) test area.
All areas are being designed with both UK and international requirements in mind so junctions for both left hand and right drive derivatives can be represented.
